Residential Sales in Summit County, CO:
- Number of Sales: The number of sales are up +18% over the same period in 2020 and up +27% over 2019.
- Average Price Increase: The average sold price increase for Summit County is +23% for residential sales. Oh, 2021 is up +31% for the average sold price compared to the same period in 2019.
- Inventory: The inventory around the first half of October has changed over the past few years. This year, it is down -64% compared to last year and down -78% compared to 2019.
- Percent of List to Sold Price: The average percent of the list to sold price has mostly hovered around 97% to 98% over the years. Last year, however, it jumped up by a few percentage points to 101%.
