Market Update:  New Construction comprises 70% of the Pending Inventory across Summit County

Pending Properties! The above chart shows how many resale properties vs. new construction are currently under contract. New Construction is a massive 70% of the pending inventory! Most of the new construction that is under contract is on the North Side of the County. The chart above does not contain Uptown 240 and Smith Ranch employee developments.

Just now there were 447 active listings. The same day in 2019 there were 709. Last week the county gained 39 new listings. 500 or more by August 1 seems likely.
