Summit County Real Estate Stats | November 2022

Year to Date Single Family Home Sales:  The chart above shows the number of sales and the average sold price by year for single-family home sales (2022’s sales are for 1/1 – 11/30). Also, a section titled Quick Stats shows 2022’s sales numbers and any changes from 2021 to 2022 for sales from 1/1 – 11/30 for both years.

Year-to-date single-family home sales are down 35%, with the average sold price increasing by 12.4% (for single-family home sales in Summit County, Colorado).

Year to Date Condominium Sales: The chart above shows the number of sales and the average sold price by year for condominium sales (2022’s sales are for 1/1 – 11/30). Also, a section titled Quick Stats shows 2022’s sales numbers and any changes from 2021 to 2022 for sales from 1/1 – 11/30 for both years.

Year-to-date condominium sales are down 39%, with the average sold price increasing by 17% (for condominium sales in Summit County, Colorado).​

Inventory of Residential Properties ‘for sale’:  The chart above shows the number of properties for sale in Summit County, CO, during the first part of December for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. The dark blue in the back row represents Summit County as a whole and then coming forward each town.

2022’s active listings for sale are 197% more than in 2021, 66% more than in 2020, and 41% less than 2019. View PDF of the chart here.
