New Listings were down 16.0 percent for single family homes and 4.5 percent for townhouse-condo properties. Pending Sales landed at 79 for single family homes and 94 for townhouse-condo properties.
The Median Sales Price was up 56.8 percent to $1,387,500 for single family homes and 2.0 percent to $794,500 for townhouse-condo properties. Days on Market increased 17.1 percent for single family homes and 83.3 percent for townhouse-condo properties.
