Festivals & Events: Silverthorne Pavilion hosts many events throughout the year. Highlights include the father/daughter date night, First Friday of every month showcase, comedy shows, and dinner events. Silverthorne also hosts a pond hockey tournament each year on the ice rink that is open to skaters from December to February.
Other Activities: The recently renovated 63,000 sq. ft. Recreation Center has an indoor track, cardio, and weight lifting equipment, aquatics area, class and cycling studios, and programs for all ages. A nearby climbing gym allows rock climbers of all abilities to find comfort on the rock by practicing in a safe indoor space. The Blue River flows below the Dillon Dam with controlled water levels flowing year-round, delighting anglers who visit Silverthorne all year for its famous fishing waters. The town is also known for its large shopping complex with over 70 brand name shops. White water rafting is especially popular as the snow melts and rivers rise, with access just NW of town. A short drive from downtown Silverthorne, Lake Heeney provides waterskiing access in the summer.
Golf Course: The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks is considered one of the top golf courses in Colorado and offers a spectacular mountain setting. During the winter, the golf course is open for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
