Privacy & Personal Boathouse at Lininger Lake Cabin

Privacy & Personal Boathouse at Lininger Lake Cabin

Step back in time at this classic alpine lake house, with a private boathouse and dock. The cabin basks in unobstructed lake views and is refurbished for maximum comfort. Within reach of the backyard is the adjacent Pike National Forest rich with ATV, jeep and dirt bike roads, hiking trails and more. Summertime brings kayaks, canoes and fishing boats on the pristine, spring-fed Lininger Lake. In winter, owners can be found ice fishing on the lake, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing or simply nestling inside for holiday gatherings with loved ones by the fire. This cabin is offered turnkey with all furnishings, ATV, Lund Boat, 3 kayaks and more.

Return to the summer camp feelings of yester year at Lininger Lake. This cabin offers a natural playground, whether spotting the deer, building forts from sticks or adventuring deeper into the forest. The property resides on over three acres, among the larger lots available at Lininger Lake and is adjacent to National Forest. The drive in and out from Colorado state highway 285 is via a wide, gentle graded country road that is maintained year-round. The cabin comes with its own one-car detached garage, tackle shed, boathouse and dock.

The cabin has been preserved and refurbished in pristine condition.  The baths have been beautifully updated with modern comforts. The kitchen was refurbished to original quality of character.

This cabin is situated at the helm of Lininger Lake where each bedroom peers over the lake like cozy captains’ quarters.

Authentically vintage stone and architectural charms compliment this 1940s classic exterior.
