Lininger Lake Cabin with Main-Level Living

Lininger Lake Cabin with Main-Level Living

Cabin 20 at Lininger Lake:

Fish, Dirt Bike, Kayak, Jeep Off-Road, Snowmobile, Ice-Fish and more at the multi-seasonal Lininger Lake.  This Lininger Lake cabin is perched upon the wooded hillsides in a quiet, lakefront position at the end of the road. The cabin provides main level-living, a spacious covered deck and an open floorplan that accommodates gatherings with ease. The cabin sits on over two acres, adjacent to the Pike National Forest with a labyrinth of trails. The cabin comes with its own one-car attached garage, boathouse, dock.  Plus, the bonus detached garage has plenty of room for your favorite recreational equipment, whether it be sleds, bikes, ATV or kayaks.

Park the boat in the boathouse and hang up your fishing rod.  Head up to the cabin for the alpenglow and cook a fresh caught trout for dinner.  Sit on the covered porch and tell tall tales, overlooking the lake.

In the morning, pack the jeep with the cooler and ready the dirt bikes.  Soon, it will be time to adventure off-road into the Pike National Forest, just up the road.

Fit for the lion’s lair, each of the three bedrooms provide a king size bed with loads of room plus there is a bonus den. There are also three separate bathrooms, all with showers.  This floorplan was made for the kind of crew who sticks together.

Just when the aspen leaves turn gold, the waft of woodsmoke rises from the chimneys.   The open great room allows everyone to gather together, whether with music, laughter, opinions or plans.  No matter the time of year, it will always be like the holidays at the cabin.

Lininger Lake Community Information:

With only 32 cabins, most of which are lakefront and surrounded by the forest, Lininger Lake is the hidden gem you will rarely hear anything about – the kind of place where that is considered a good thing.

Owners enjoy annual picnics together and returning to that summer camp feeling of yesteryear. The Kenosha Trout Club owns open space and there are no private land parcels available for building. In recent years, some of these historic cabins have either been transformed to the modern age or refurbished to their original glory days.

The perimeter of the property is surrounded by the expansive Pike National Forest.  The Kenosha Trout Club maintains Lininger Lake and the community’s access roads. This is a secure, gated access only community with a resident attendant who lives on-site.
